Information gathered for this purpose may include personally identifiable data that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”) which includes but is not limited to:

Personal Data gathered via this method is stored in a database on Constant Contact’s servers. Personal Data gathered via this method is not shared with or distributed to other organizations without the expressed written consent of the individuals involved, with the exception of special circumstances (see ‘Disclosure of Data’ below). Individuals may modify their electronic communications subscription preferences, including unsubscribing from the service, at any time by clicking the “Update Your Profile” link located at the bottom/footer of e-mails sent via Constant Contact.
Use of Data
Bird Conservancy of the Rockies uses the collected data for various purposes:
