Since January, nearly 20% of our budget from Federal funding sources has been frozen and is in jeopardy of being canceled or not renewed. Many of the core functions of how we conserve birds and their habitats are at risk. However, we do have some good news. A generous supporter of Bird Conservancy has stepped up to the cause and initiated a $100,000 matching gift opportunity. Any gifts up to $100,000 total raised through May will be matched.
