Summer Pop-Up Series

We’re teaming up with Northern Colorado Bird Alliance to discuss the benefits of watching birds! How can your observations make a difference for science and conservation? Come find out while playing some games, chatting with bird experts, and testing out some equipment. You just might find your new favorite hobby or learn more about how impactful your checklists can be!

This summer, catch Bird Conservancy educators around Fort Collins to learn about the 7 Simple Actions you can take to help birds! We will be ‘popping-up’ in different locations to chat with people about why birds are important to our communities, the dangers they face, and the small everyday actions people can take to make a positive difference. In addition, you’ll be able to test your knowledge with fun, educational games, learn about our work and other upcoming events, take home collectable cards, and get a chance to win other prizes.

We’ll be at Fort Collins City Park on the northeast side of Sheldon Lake from 12 – 2 p.m.
