Get ready for the 1st Annual Ash Hollow Birdy Blitz!
The Birdy Blitz is an exciting event for you and the Lewellen community to visit Bird Conservancy’s new bird banding station at Ash Hollow State Historical Park! Enjoy expert-led visits at the banding station, engage in birding around the pond, and participate in bird-tastic scavenger hunts. This is your opportunity to learn more about Bird Conservancy and the vital work we do for bird conservation and education in Nebraska. Come for a little while or stay as long as you’d like!
May 16th is a free-park entry day for Nebraska Game & Parks Commission! No vehicle permit required, enjoy lunch and afternoon activities on Ash Hollow after visiting us.
