DESCRIPTION:This hike will encompass the Arthur’s Rock Trail which goes through forested and meadow habitats. We should see a variety of resident and breeding birds. This hike is a chance to hike one of Lory’s most scenic trails with a focus on its feathered features! Interact with and meet other local birders in the community and see what other summer beauty Lory has to offer. Bird Conservancy will provide binoculars to those who need them. Whether new to birding\, or a seasoned birder\, participants of all experience levels are welcome! \nClick here to register! \nMeeting Point: Arthur’s Rock trailhead at the Arthur’s Rock Trailhead Parking Please note\, a $10 Daily or Annual Colorado State Parks Pass is required for entry into the park at all times. The trail is a roughly 3.6 mile out and back trail with an ascent of 1\,182 ft. It is a moderately difficult trail.
